At Amazon Ads, I lead the architecture of AI and ML platforms that turn fragmented business data into reliable context for recommendations. This work spans many services and partner teams, and supports millions of advertisers and campaigns.

Earlier, I helped establish reusable MLOps foundations supporting more than 100 production models, shortening model launches from roughly a week to a day. I also led graph-based fraud detection work operating across millions of entities and preventing multimillion-dollar losses each month.

As co-founder, I took an elder-care facility management product from idea to a working MVP in four weeks, then recruited and led a three-engineer team through its next stage of development. I helped shape the product direction and investor narrative, enabling the company to secure early funding ↗.

I built cloud procurement and supplier-negotiation capabilities for an enterprise SaaS platform used by thousands of buyers. The work combined deep domain modeling with product development at scale and led to a U.S. patent for automating complex service-procurement workflows.

I built payment-critical software for point-of-sale devices, where reliability, recovery, and latency directly shaped the customer experience. Improvements across core payment flows reduced average transaction time by about 60%.

I built APIs and data-aggregation services for a personal-finance platform that integrated with multiple financial institutions, establishing an early foundation in dependable systems for sensitive financial data.
